Policy Details

1. No physical goods or shipping

The Website is a charitable information and donation platform. Food on Wheels does not sell physical products, digital products, tickets, memberships, or other goods through the Website. No parcel, product, or service is shipped or delivered to a donor after payment, and no shipping fee is charged.

2. Donation fulfilment

A donation is fulfilled when the payment provider confirms a successful transaction and the funds are received or scheduled for settlement to Food on Wheels. The donation supports our charitable objects and programmes; it is not an order for a personally delivered meal or another item.

3. Confirmation and acknowledgement

Your bank, UPI application, or payment gateway normally displays a transaction status and reference. Where donor contact details are available, we may also provide an acknowledgement. You may request an acknowledgement or eligible receipt by contacting us with your transaction reference and required donor details.

4. Programme delivery

Charitable programmes are delivered to communities and beneficiaries according to programme schedules, local needs, available resources, and operational conditions. A donor does not receive an individual delivery and should not interpret a suggested donation amount as the price of a specific item or guaranteed service.

5. Payment issues

For a pending, failed, duplicate, or incorrect transaction, follow our Donation Cancellation & Refund Policy or contact us. We acknowledge payment complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days, subject to any bank or payment-provider dependency.
